pera!place is a fully furnished character apartment in the district of Pera, Beyoglu, in the heart of Istanbul. Whether you’re visiting Istanbul for business or for a holiday, it’s a very special place to stay.
The apartment is on the first floor of a remarkable grade II listed building (an award-winning renovation project) from the late 19th century and covers 55 square meters. It consists of entrance hall, large living room with marble fireplace and amazing ceiling, one double bedroom, a bathroom and small kitchen. Original frescos are on the walls and the floorboards are also original. The apartment is furnished in a stylish and comfortable way.
